As someone who switched to software over a decade ago, there's nothing there that wasn't in the ES almost that long ago.in fact, one revision back they really missed the acoustic grand somehow, IMO. The tech isn't there-it would end up as controller for software. So, for pianos acoustic and electric, drawbar and butter stuff for me, it's an amazing instrument and a nice feeling board. I've created a user sample bank of all my custom work from past boards (roland and Kurzweil) and set it to auto load. VSL and MojoHorns make up in software for the weakest points of the board. I will tell you as someone who has had a huge midi rig for decades, I now have a Kronos and a MB Air.
